岗位职责：
1、负责项目的费用估算、费用控制、材料控制工作,负责项目部内、外预（结）算的组织、审核以及综合管理工作。
Responsible for cost estimation, cost control, and material control of the project, as well as the organization, review, and comprehensive management of internal and external budget (settlement) within the project department.
2、协助项目经理完成整个项目周期内的计划和控制管理工作，建立项目的计划控制体系。
Assist the project manager in completing the planning and control management work throughout the entire project cycle, and establish a project plan control system.
3、项目投资估算、初步设计概算的编制。
Preparation of project investment estimates and preliminary design estimates.
4、组织工程量清单、招标控制价的编制，工程清标工作。
Organize the preparation of engineering quantity lists, bidding control prices, and engineering bid clearance work.
5、项目年度、月度资金计划的编制及实施。
Preparation and implementation of annual and monthly funding plans for the project.
6、项目变更签证的审核、工程进度的审核。
Review of project change visa and project progress.
7、项目费用控制总结报告的编制。
Preparation of project cost control summary report.
8、领导交办的其他工作事项。
Other work tasks assigned by the leader.

岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above.
2、工程造价、工程管理及相关类专业；
Engineering cost, engineering management, and related majors.
3、熟悉国家、行业及公司的法律法规和管理制度及生产流程，熟悉本岗位业务知识
Familiar with national, industry and company laws, regulations and management system and the production process, familiar with the business knowledge.
4、3年及以上相关工作经验
Above 3years' related working experience.
